Riverview Lakes is a 60 acre mixed use development located along HWY 301 in the heart of Riverview, Florida. The project is currently zoned for 450 town homes and up to 90,000 sq. ft. of office uses. Riverview Lakes will be pedestrian friendly and will be adjacent to Riverview Town Center—a 170,000 sq. ft. power center located on the Southeast corner of HWY 301 and Gibsonton Road.
