Boykin Barnett led the development team to create SOHO Pointe, a retail and office condominium project located in Hyde Park, a high-end submarket of Tampa, Florida. This neighborhood center is anchored by Panera Bread, Nextel, The UPS Store and Great Clips for Hair. The second level was created as an office condominium and sold to the national and local investment community.
