Bay Vista Apartments

Bay Vista Apartments and its sister community Manhattan East were purchased by Boykin Barnett in 1999. Both communities were situated around a courtyard and pool setting. The Boykin Barnett team repositioned the combined 100 residences and sold both communities to an out of state investment group.
