Boykin Barnett acquired the 52 residence Palma Ceia Gardens in May of 2001. The community was strategically located in the Palma Ceia submarket of South Tampa and families that lived in the community were welcomed home each day to a wonderful courtyard and pool setting. The Boykin Barnett team repositioned and sold the community to a regional investor.
